Our Management Team

Nicholas joined in 2018 to set up the Company Secretarial Department in the group’s company formation divisions. After establishing the department, he was a key stakeholder in the development of Linnear CoSec. Prior to joining the group, Nicholas worked in a variety of client-facing positions at an international provider of corporate services, caring for a diverse portfolio of companies. He is a Chartered Secretary and Governance Professional, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Politics as well as a Masters in Corporate Governance.

John possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Business Analysis and Economics from the University of Reading, and is currently taking a Master’s degree in Digital Marketing Leadership at the University of Aberdeen. He also possesses an ICSA Certificate in Company Secretarial Practice and Share Registration Practice. John is also responsible for HR and recruitment functions.

Originally from Hungary, Peter has more than a decade of Customer Service and Management experience in both the public and private sector. He joined the group in 2018, taking up the position of Head of Customer Service. After completing the ICSA Certificate in Company Secretarial Practice & Share Registration Practice, he was promoted to Operations Manager, where he is responsible for ensuring the smooth and effective running of all client-facing departments.

Polina has joined the group in 2019. Originally from Russia, she’s fluent in both Russian and English. With over 5 years of experience in the sector, she has a great passion for marketing, customer service and sales. Previously working in Freight Forwarding, Shipping and Logistics, she achieved qualifications in Business and Administration, as well as secretarial. In her spare time she is a keen traveller and enjoys watching sports as well as cooking and reading

Graeme was previously a chartered surveyor in the construction industry, he then started his own private practice in 1992. This foray into entrepreneurship inspired him to set up Blue Square Offices in 2000 and has since founded several other thriving e-commerce businesses that now sit within the BSQ Group, a leading UK corporate service provider. In 2020, he launched Linnear CoSec to further develop the range of corporate governance services provided by the group.
